The Festival welcomes Company-In-Residence BalletX and Boulder Ballet to Avon for a free, family-friendly show on the outdoor stage of the Avon Performance Pavilion at Nottingham Park. YouthPower365’s Celebrate the Beat alumni will also be performing a curtain teaser on this fun evening of dance!
Performance underwritten by Town of Avon.
Boulder Ballet will be presenting Exploring the Roots, choreographed by Angel Kaba. This Afro’Dance piece features grounded, rhythmic movements influenced by the urban street dances by the Congo, Ivory Coast, and Angola in an inspirational blend of cultures.

Harry A. Nottingham Park is located at 1 Lake Street in Avon. From I-70, take exit 167 toward Avon. Take a sharp left on Avon Rd. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto W Beaver Creek Blvd. Turn left on Lake Street, then turn right.
There is parking on the North and East sides of the park. Parking is limited though, so carpooling, walking or using the bus line is recommended.
