Thank you for your interest in supporting the Vail Dance Festival! As a volunteer, you will have an up-close look at the Vail Dance Festival which takes place over a two-week span in the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.
Vail Dance Festival volunteer positions include ushering, assisting at venues, and helping with artist transportation.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This form does not serve as your official application for the event. Volunteer registration for the 2027 Vail Dance Festival will open in Spring 2027.

VOLUNTEER AMBASSADOR PROGRAM (AGES 13-18)
Are you between 13 and 18 years old? Join our dedicated Volunteer Ambassador Team!
Our program is specifically designed to empower youth ages 13-18 to develop a variety of life and work skills through their experience at the Vail Dance Festival, while contributing to the successful execution of the event. Being detail-oriented, time-efficient, and well-organized, as well as keeping a positive mindset, are some of the crucial skills Ambassadors will develop during this program.
